New technological advances in graphene and carbon nanorod production have made possible tiny flexible batteries that are bendable, incredibly thin, and have three times the charge capacity of comparably sized lithium ion packs. These advances hold great promise for future applications and have the advantages of being:
• Smaller
• Lighter
• More efficient
• Adaptable

The Internet has become a universal solution to almost all our queries. Today, every possible task can be done over the World Wide Web, be it communications, social networking, or something official (yes, communications can be official). Recently, the online shopping craze has taken control of almost every possible age group. Children are buying video games and toys, while the grown-ups are buying whatever they can get their hands on, be it cars, clothes, or anything else. The online shopping spree has lots of advantages compared to your traditional shopping methods:• The very first advantage is the convenience offered. You can browse different brands, stores, compare prices, and then make a selection without leaving your chair. What's more, these stores are open 24x7, all the year round.
• Amongst the many benefits of online shopping, price variation is probably the biggest. For the same item of the same brand, you can find exclusive discounts and deals. The cost is usually lower because there are no middlemen involved. You deal directly with the manufacturer.
• If there is some special occasion coming up, you have the option of buying and sending gifts. There are so many more options, in terms of size, style, color, and so on, in online than in a physical stores.
The online shopping craze justifies its fame. Where else can you browse through items and take your time without being bothered by a salesperson? You do not have to worry about the availability of items; you can bookmark your favorites, and then pay for them in a variety of ways. But here's the best part: the items are delivered right to your doorstep. So don't wait, start your shopping spree now!

The one thing which separates humans from other species of animals is the capacity to think, learn, and develop. It was humans who learned how to use fire for the first time. It was mankind which laid down the first rail tracks, and it is us humans who are credited with the development and invention of new technology. The monkey was taken to outer space; he did not build the space shuttle. Nuclear technology is a relatively old field of research, yet to date it is the most promising. In nuclear science, all actions are results of reactions at the atomic level. When one talks of nuclear science, for most of the people, the only image which comes to mind is of nuclear weapons, or destructive radioactive rays! But that is far from the actual truth. In fact, the closest form of its application is the common smoke detector which can easily be found in every building. Nuclear technology uses are numerous, but below are listed some of its most common implementations:
• Nuclear power: this is perhaps the most researched area. Nuclear reactions (fission) yield extreme energy, which can be used to produce electrical energy. The process is a little risky, but more than 15% of the world's power supply depends on this, and it is clean and efficient.
• Used in oil and gas wells: a gamma or neutron-ray source coupled with a radiation detector is lowered into the boreholes for well logging and other purposes.
• Food irradiation: in agriculture and food processing, food is exposed to ionizing radiation which destroys viruses, bacteria or insects present in it.
• Nuclear technology finds use in medical applications as well. Examples include chemotherapy, radioactive tracing, and much more.
Nuclear science, if used correctly and safely, can change the whole scenario of human existence. Abundant power, a healthier life, or perhaps a new miracle…
It depends on you to uncover.
